This Hotel is a super Luxury-High profile Club located at Juhu, Mumbai. The Hotel is operated by SOHO Hospitality and access is only provided to club Members. It has 40 Super Luxury rooms with a BUA of 90,000 Sq. Ft.

The building consists of 2 Basements for Services & Car Parking, Ground & 1^st floor for Business Centre, Service Floor for Services, F&B outlets, & Speciality Restaurants /Bar. Upper 08 Floors for Guest Rooms and Terrace for Swimming Pool, Rooftop Club areas.

EMCPL has designed Electrical, BMS, LV, Fire Fighting, PHE systems considering it as Luxury hotel. Key challenges for this project was designing services for Hotel use in an Existing Building Constructed for Residential use. Biggest issue was to accommodate Substation & DG sets besides Building above a Ramp area.

It has 100% Power Back with DG sets, State of art Building Management System, Fire Fighting- Life Safety Systems as per Fire Norms, Hydro pneumatic Systems for Water Supply, STP for Water Treatment & Reuse and Centralised Hot Water system with Heat Pumps installed in 1^st Basement of the Building.

The building was completed in 2016 & hotel is successfully being in operation for last 05 years.
