Rupesh brings over 22 years of Design, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Management experience to the field of MEPF Engineering Consultancy & Sustainable Built Environment. A Mechanical Engineer by qualification, his passion and commitment to provide the highest quality of services with detailed analysis and focus on sustainability has helped him build a reputation for creative, efficient and economical designs.

Before Starting EMCPL in 2009, he has worked withreputed contractors and consultants in the construction field. He has been closely involved in Design Coordination and Innovation of MEPF Services Design of over 1000 plus projects which includes Institutes, Hospitality (Hotels), Pharmaceutical manufacturing units, Malls, Hospitals, various Mixed Occupancy, Commercial, Retail, High Rise Buildings and Large Plotted Development projects.

In 2017, Rupesh co-founded “Qi Square Pte Ltd” in Singapore, a firm which has developed “BtrLyf – a Digital Built Environment Ecosystem” for Virtual Energy Audits with AI Powered “Digital Twin” Tools to enable decision making on achieving Energy Efficiency, Sustainability & Carbon Emission reduction to manage the Climate Crisis in Built Environment in Singapore. BtrLyfwill be launched for 10 Global Cities by 2023 to help Built Environment expedite Green Building/Sustainable Goal achievements. 

 Apart from work, he actively works withrural &urban students in various areas like professional guidance, personality development, vocational knowledge, etc. He is a prominent member of many regional and international organization such as ASHRAE, USGBC, ISHRAE, IGBC, FSAI and IPA.
