This Commercial Building is with 02 basements for Parking & Services, Ground floor for Retail / F & B outlets & upper 12 Floors with BUA 3.5 Lakh Sq. Ft. for Offices & is located in Andheri MIDC in Mumbai.

EMCPL has Designed MEPF Systems to have Multiple offices per Floor as occupancy with all space provisions required for Core & Cell Concept.

Challenges were faced for incorporating all Services within the core of the Building and then Diverting at Lower Ground floor ceiling to clear the Parking areas. More Modifications were done when the complete Building was taken over on rent by one of the MNC Pharma firm to establish a Pilot Plant for their medicinal Product.

The building HVAC is catered by Central water cooled Screw Chillers installed at Basement level. All other MEPF Systems were installed adhering to best of the Pharma Industry Norms & reequipments.

Project was completed & occupied by the firm in 2017 .
