This two IT-Office Building is Part of SEZ Development for Reliance. It consists of Ground floor for Lobby areas / F & B outlets & upper 06 Floors with BUA 1 Lakh Sq. Ft. for IT-Offices is located in Ulve in Navi Mumbai.

EMCPL has Designed MEPF Systems to have one office per Floor as occupancy with all space provisions required for Core & Cell Concept.

Project is completed & Building is occupied since 2015.
