Raheja Imperia

Imperia is a super luxury apartment project being constructed by Raheja Universal at Parel in Mumbai.

The high rise has 54 Storeys with two wings and eight podium floors for car parking. The total built up area is approx. 2.6 mn sq. ft.

Design Challenge: Midway through the design the number of floors was increased by 10% and thus, all the desired requirements for additional occupants had to be accommodated without changing the timeline. EMCPL team rose to this unexpected development and incorporated the changes in a timely manner.

EMCPL also suggested installing vertical PV panels on a glass dome planned on the terrace, which could be utilised to provide power to Common Areas.

Result: Despite requirement changes, EMCPL completed the MEPF Design on time and the project is currently at the final hand-over stage.
