Bayer Phase-4 Kalpataru

Kalpataru – Bayer Phase-4 is a planned development in Thane, Maharashtra. This Project is a mixed-use development with 4.6 MN sq. ft. of built-up area and part of a consolidated town area with Commercial, Residential & Retail establishments.

Design Challenge: EMCPL was chosen to provide complete MEPF design of Phase 4 which has 15 towers with 45 storeys each, sharing two basements and five podium parking levels. The key challenge was to efficiently plan common utilities underground & overground for group of buildings keeping in mind varying contour levels of the entire plot and already constructed building in nearby areas.

Result: The project design is being done on 2D as well as Revit BIM Modelling. The project is currently in the design stage and construction is scheduled to be completed by 2025.
