This Commercial Building is one of the initial projects for EMCPL with 01 basements for Parking & Services, Ground floor for Retail / F & B outlets, 4 Podium parking floors & upper 14 Floors with BUA 4 Lakh Sq. Ft. for IT-Offices is located in Goregaon in Mumbai.

EMCPL has Designed MEPF Systems to have Multiple offices per Floor as occupancy with all space provisions required for Core & Cell Concept.

Challenges were faced for incorporating all Services for the Building due to floor plate changing every floor. The shape of the Building is unique with circular, Central Atrium of multiple floor heights & other part Conical glass Façade with balconies.

Project is completed & building is occupied since 2015.
