Premiere is a well planned development in Andheri, Mumbai. This Project is a mixed use development with 1.5 MN sq. ft. of built up area and with Commercial, Residential & Retail establishments.

EMCPL is appointed for Complete MEPF design, MOEF & HRC Clearances of entire project which has 05 High rise towers with 30 Story each sharing two basements and five Podium Parking levels.

The Project has a huge Amenity, Club House & Play Ground area on E-deck floor above 5^th Podium. 

The key challenge was to efficiently plan common utilities  underground & overground for Mixed use buildings keeping in mind varying complexity of users and already constructed Metro line in front of plot.

The residential part project is under construction stage, Retail area being handed over to occupants  & rest of work scheduled to be completed by 2024.
