Dreams Mall is mixed used project having BUA 10 Lakh Sq. Ft. with Retail & Mall area consolidated in two floors and an office tower with Ground + 20 Floors located at Navi Mumbai. Both users sharing two common basements for Parking & Services.

Being Mixed used project with sale out option, to avoid complications Developer decided to opt for individual HVAC systems to be Installed by Office / Retail shop owners. EMCPL designed all MEPF Systems considering Core & Cell concept.

The project was completed & occupied from 2015.
