The hotel is located at Chowara, Kochi in Kerala near an exotic Sea beach. It is to have 300 Keys in Hotel wing & 150 Keys in Apartment wing with a BUA of 8,50,000 Sq. Ft.

The building consists of 2 Basements for Services & Car Parking, Lower Ground & Ground floor for Banqueting, F&B outlets, & Speciality Restaurants /Bar. Upper 22 Floors for Guest Rooms and Terrace for Rooftop F&B outlets.

EMCPL is appointed for MEPF system design considering it as Luxury hotel Project. Key challenges for this project is to minimise energy use by implementing latest Technology available in Market.

For Air Conditioning, Water Cooled Screw Chillers are proposed to be Used & installed in the plant room at Basement Level. 100% Power Back with DG sets, State of art Building Management System, Fire Fighting- Life Safety Systems as per Fire Norms, Hydro pneumatic Systems for Water Supply, STP for Water Treatment & Reuse and Centralised Hot Water system with Heat Pumps & supplemented by Solar Panels for achieving maximum Energy Efficiency
