Pallete

Pallete is a super luxury apartment tower being constructed by Suraj Estate Developers at Dadar in Mumbai. The total construction area is 5,00,000 sq.ft. The project features 45 storeys and features a basement for MEPF services, ground floor, 10 podium floors for parking, an amenity floor that will also house a club and 35+ floors with two luxury apartments per floor.

Design Challenge: The client demanded top-of-the-line building engineering solutions that would add to the quality of life of the inhabitants.

EMCPL Intervention: EMCPL designed a state-of-the-art firefighting system with low and high zone hydrants, sprinklers and drenchers. EMCPL also proposed HDPE single stack drain piping, STP plant for water treatment and recycling, VRF air conditioning for each apartment, latest LV systems on Single Backbone and Building Management Systems for efficient operations. In addition, we also set up electrical systems with DG power backup fed through a bus duct with metering for each individual floor. Additionally, a 10Kwh solar PV power generation plant was set up on the roof to supply power to common areas.

Result: To eliminate implementation bottlenecks and improve understanding and coordination, EMCPL worked out the entire design in 2D as well as prepared a REVIT BIM Model ( Architectural + Structural + MEPF ) for installation of services during construction.
