Rosa Manhattan

Rosa Manhattan is a premium apartment High Rise Building complex with three towers with 35 floors each featuring retail and office area on the ground and first floor levels and four podium floors for car parking.

The project has 1.1 mn sq. ft of built up area. RCC of two towers was completed by November 2021 as the entire construction is being done with Mivan Technology.

Design Challenge: Since the first tower together with retail & offices spaces were to be handed over on a priority basis, clear segregation of MEPF services for residential & other areas were critical and were well maintained right from the design stage. Also since a single STP was situated at a corner, diversions of drainpipes were done properly at podium levels to avoid sewage network in front and near the retail areas on ground.

Result: Key feature of the entire project are single stack drain piping system, power supply through a Bus Duct with Metering on each floor, water supply with Telescopic Design, well-coordinated services for apartments with all required sleeves/cut-outs etc, solar hot water system along with heat pumps & solar PV power generation plant on all terrace areas.
