Ramrajya by Neptune

Ramrajya by Neptune Developers is a highly ambitious Upcoming Township development in Ambivali near Kalyan, Maharashtra. This Project is a mixed use development with 52 Lakh sq. ft. of built up area and part of a consolidated town area with Commercial, Institutional, Hospital, Residential & Retail establishments.

EMCPL has designed MEPF systems for 04 Phase of project which has 05 Sectors with 24 Nos. of High rise towers with 22 Story each sharing main utilities sector wise.

Part RCC of 08 Towers is already completed by November 2021as Entire construction being done with Mivan Technology.

The key challenge was to efficiently plan common utilities underground & overground for group of buildings keeping in mind Big Green Amenity area at Natural Ground, varying contour levels of the entire plot, future buildings getting constructed in nearby areas.

The project has also challenges in terms of handling Strom Water as it is been developed out of city areas were infrastructure is yet to developed by Authorities.
